Project Overview
Boston, MA – 600 Harrison Avenue is a 193,000 square foot development in Boston, MA that includes 160 residential units as well as 3,600 SF of retail space. SES provided fundamental commissioning services for this project (excluding the first-floor retail space) to meet the Massachusetts Stretch Code and LEED® Certifiability. The scope included all HVAC systems, domestic water heating, building automation system, and interior lighting controls and extended through the design, construction, and warranty phases.
