Project Overview
Waterbury, CT – The new 77,000-SF elementary school includes classrooms, gymnasiums, media center, administrative wing and cafeteria. SES provided Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning services to meet the Connecticut High Performance Building Standards. The scope of services includes HVAC, lighting controls, daylighting systems, life safety systems, security, plumbing systems, kitchen ventilation and fire suppression, building envelope, and the building automation system.
