Project Overview

New London, CT – The project consisted of the renovations and upgrades to the existing HVAC systems and building automation system controls. The project included the commissioning of the newly installed water-cooled chillers and pumps as well as the building automation system upgrades to the existing chilled water plant controls. The project also included commissioning of the building automation system upgrades to the following systems: Cancer Center air handling unit, Kitchen air handling unit, new Pharmacy air handling unit, H-Wing air handling unit and the Ambulatory Care Center heat pumps and heat pump water loop. The intent of the project was to optimize building performance with a focus on energy savings and efficient operation.
