Project Overview

Bloomfield, CT – CREC Museum Academy is located in Bloomfield, CT. The facility is approximately 65,000 square feet and is a museum-based learning environment for students in preschool through grade 5, which partners with museums throughout the state to customize museum teachings and field trips to match the humanities-based curriculum. SES provided commissioning services to meet the Connecticut High Performance Building Standards. Scope of services included HVAC, lighting controls, day lighting systems, life safety systems, security, plumbing systems, building envelope and building automation system.
