Project Overview

Lincoln, RI – The Physical Education Complex (PEC) at Lincoln High School is the first net zero school building in the state, featuring solar panels that generate more energy than the building uses. The 22,000 SF, stand-alone, one-story, new construction building contains two full athletic courts, an indoor practice track, custom Lincoln Lion wall mats, and state-of-the-art scoreboards. Amenities include restrooms, equipment storage areas, offices, lockers, and roll-a-way bleachers. Commissioning scope of services on this new construction building includes building envelope, air handling units, cabinet unit heaters, electric unit heaters, exhaust fans, domestic hot water heaters, and the building automation system as it relates to each piece of equipment.
