Project Overview
Trumbull, CT – SES provided commissioning services for a 361,000-SF renovation and addition from design phase through post-occupancy. Services include LEED® Prerequisite and Enhanced Cx Services for LEED® Silver Certification. Systems included all HVAC equipment, central chilled water and hot water heating plant, lab exhaust systems, general exhaust, domestic hot water, fire alarm system, and lighting controls.
