Project Overview
Springfield, MA – SES provided fundamental and enhanced commissioning services to meet the LEED® Core and Shell Certification for the multimodal transportation center of approximately 124,000 square feet. SES’ services included testing of the central heating plant, cooling plant, hydronic distribution, all HVAC systems, garage exhaust systems, domestic hot water system, lighting controls and the building automation system.
