Deerfield Academy Fitness Center and Greer Store

Project Overview

Deerfield, MA – SES provided fundamental and enhanced commissioning services consistent with LEED^® Certification requirements. The project consisted of the renovation of the existing fitness center and support space to accommodate the new fitness center, student center and café. The project also included a remote chilled water plant that serves the ice hockey rink as well as provides distributed chilled water to the fitness center and dining hall. The scope of work included commissioning of all HVAC systems, the remote chilled water plant, steam to hot water heating systems, air handling systems, terminal devices, general exhaust, and the building automation system.
