Project Overview
Enfield, CT – The Enfield High School project involved additions & renovations to integrate the existing Enfield High School and Enrico Fermi High School, which the Town of Enfield intends to close. The consolidated high school included approximately 147,717 square feet of new construction; 164,789 square feet of “renovate to new” construction for a total of 312,506 square feet of learning space. School programs include science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM). SES provided Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning services for compliance with the Connecticut High Performance Building Standards. Scope of services included HVAC, lighting controls, plumbing systems, building envelope and building automation system.
