Stratford High School

Project Overview

Stratford, CT – SES provided commissioning services for the additions and renovations at this public high school in accordance with the Connecticut High Performance Building Standards.  This multi-phased project included traditional spaces such as classroom space, administrative offices, cafeteria, and gymnasium, as well as a restaurant, lecture hall, daycare, and automotive/technical education spaces. Scope of services included HVAC, lighting controls, daylighting systems, life safety systems, security, plumbing systems, building envelope and building automation system.
