CREC Ana Grace Academy of the Arts

Project Overview

Bloomfield, CT – SES provided commissioning services for the newly constructed CREC Ana Grace Academy of the Art for compliance with the CT High Performance Building Standards. This Pre-K through 5th grade elementary school focuses on core academic areas with a visual and performing arts theme. The project included the commissioning of air-cooled chillers and associated pumps, hot water boilers and associated pumps, air handling units, other terminal devices as well as the building automation system. Assorted electrical, plumbing, life safety and envelope systems were commissioned as well.
