Project Overview
Auburndale, MA – SES provided commissioning services for the Golda Meir House Expansion project in Auburndale, Massachusetts. The Golda Expansion project consisted of two additions to an existing 2Life building that housed 199 apartments. The project included construction of 79 apartments and resulted in 68 net new apartments to Golda Meir House. The expansion also included several common spaces such as a movie room, art room, and fitness room. Commissioning services were compliant with Energy Star Multifamily New Construction V1.1. Systems commissioned included central energy recovery units and VRF systems serving individual apartment units, domestic hot water, and common space lighting controls.
