Project Overview
Cambridge, MA – This project consisted of the core and shell construction of a new seven story office/retail building located at the corner of Mt. Auburn and the MBTA Bennett Street Alleyway. SES commissioned several systems for this project, including HVAC systems, emergency power generator, fire alarm system, domestic water heaters and re-circulation pumps, leak detection system, stair pressurization system, and the lighting controls.
