Project Overview
Harrison, NY – 3 Westchester Park Drive consists of two newly constructed apartment buildings with a total of 450 units. The project included the installation of new HVAC systems and a domestic hot water system. SES was responsible for commissioning the common space systems, such as Rooftop Units (RTUs), Outside Air Units (OAUs), and Heat Pumps, to ensure the owner and future residents benefit from an energy-efficient and well-balanced system. The commissioning process prioritized optimizing building performance, focusing on operational efficiency and long-term energy savings.
