Project Overview
Cambridge, MA – SES provided commissioning services for the 808-812 Memorial Drive Apartments overlooking the Charles River in Cambridge, Massachusetts. With 300 units and 38,000 SF of commercial space, the goal of this project was to create a safe and welcoming space for the community. Through commissioning, SES assisted with optimizing building performance with a focus on energy savings and efficient operation. The scope of commissioning included the renovations and upgrades to the existing HVAC & Plumbing systems and building automation system controls, as well as the newly installed domestic hot water system and associated controls and various other systems and equipment.
