Project Overview

Berlin, CT – This renovate as new public high school includes traditional academic spaces such as classrooms, gymnasiums, media center, laboratory classrooms, administrative wing, vocational tech, and cafeteria. SES is providing commissioning services for compliance with the CT High Performance Building Standards that included pre-design, design, construction and post occupancy services. The scope of work included commissioning of all HVAC equipment, central chilled water and hot water heating plant, air handling systems, terminal devices, lab exhaust systems, general exhaust, domestic hot water, fire alarm system, lighting controls and building envelope.
