Berlin High School Humidity Assessment

Project Overview

Berlin, CT – SES performed an investigation and provided HVAC system troubleshooting to determine the underlying cause of high humidity levels experienced during the hot/humid summer days at the Berlin High School. The investigation was requested due to the facility being unable to satisfy the cooling load during the summer of 2021 at various times, causing condensation on the ceiling diffusers served from the chilled beams.  SES was able to verify the cause of the ongoing humidity condition and made recommendations to the Owner on how to remedy the condition.
