Beverly, MA – SES performed a condition investigation at this 40,000 square foot facility on Bomac Road in Beverly, MA. The investigation focused on understanding the remaining useful life of the HVAC equipment, as well as understanding the efficiency and overall operation of current operating conditions and characteristics. A building investigation specific to troubleshooting envelope conditions and concerns was also provided.
