Project Overview

Bristol, CT – The City of Bristol completed a transformative renovation of City Hall, focusing on enhancing accessibility, security, and energy efficiency and adhering to the Connecticut High Performance Building (CT HPB) standards. The project consisted of a gut renovation of the 1960s building with an addition including a new atrium and curtain wall façade, creating a stunning centerpiece for the “All Heart City”. SES’s careful coordination with the architect and installing contractors ensured this 3-story curtain wall was air- and water-tight. In addition to building envelope, SES provided commissioning services for the newly installed condensing boilers and pumps, roof top units, domestic water heaters, lighting controls, security system, and more.
