Project Overview
Fairfield, CT – Burr Elementary School underwent an upgrade of the current boiler plant by installing new condensing boilers, primary and secondary pumps, piping, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and a dedicated building automation system to control the new boiler plant. The commissioning scope included the new condensing boilers, pumps, associated equipment, and the building automation system controls dedicated to the new boiler plant. The intent was to deliver improved heating efficiency and reliability to the current building infrastructure.
