Wallingford, CT – Following a fire caused by a lightning strike on the roof of the historic Hill House, Choate Rosemary Hall invested in extensive renovations and upgrades to the entire building. Interior spaces include a faculty lounge, private dining areas, college counseling spaces, student dorms, and faculty residences. SES provided building envelope commissioning services, including the building’s foundation and wall system and vapor and air barriers, as well as new flat and shingle roof and areas of replacement shingle roof.
