Clark Science Center at Smith College

Project Overview

Northampton, MA – The Clark Science Center, which includes both Sabin-Reed Hall and Burton Hall, is home to a number of sciences including biology, chemistry and geology. This four-story, 80,000-SF complex houses classroom laboratory and office space located at the heart of the Smith College campus. SES provided fundamental commissioning services consistent with the LEED® Certification requirements for the upgrade to the building HVAC systems as part of the Infrastructure Code and Deferred Maintenance Upgrades project.
