Project Overview

Boston, MA – The mission of Central Boston Elder Services is to provide high-quality, responsive, supportive services and programs to the elderly and the disabled in need of health and human services.This new 56-unit, seven-story building is located across the street from Central Boston Elder Services headquarters. The apartments include private kitchens and baths and the building includes a shared laundry facility and community room. SES provided Fundamental Commissioning consistent with LEED new construction. The scope of work included commissioning of all HVAC equipment, central chilled water and hot water heating plants, air handling systems, terminal devices, general exhaust and domestic hot water.
