Springfield, MA – SES provided commissioning services for the Elias Brookings Apartments in Springfield, Massachusetts. The project consisted of renovations and upgrades to convert a school into new apartments in Springfield, MA. Originally built in 1925, this building now provides 42 units of mixed-income housing. The project included the commissioning of new equipment such as roof top units, energy recovery ventilators, hot water heating system, domestic hot water system, exhaust fans, fan coil units, and lighting controls.
