Simsbury, CT – SES provided commissioning services for the construction of the new upper student dormitory at the Ethel Walker School. This state-of-the-art, sustainable facility has been named “Mountain View House” after its beautiful view of Talcott Mountain. The scope of services included commissioning specification development, construction, and post occupancy phase commissioning services. The systems and equipment commissioned included all HVAC systems, such as VRF units, AC split systems, exhaust fans, and cabinet unit heaters, as well as the heat pump domestic hot water heating system.
