Project Overview
Waterbury, CT – The City of Waterbury constructed a 47,000 addition to the existing high school to elevate the portable classroom buildings being used. The new addition included a gym, a science classroom addition, a health suite, and an enlargement of the guidance suite. SES provided commissioning services for the HVAC, lighting controls, daylighting systems, life safety systems, security, plumbing systems, building envelope and building automation system.
