The Narducci Learning Center reopened in September 2023 following a complete building renovation. Originally the Windmill Elementary School, this project is part of Providence’s $600+ million school facilities plan, aimed at significantly improving learning environments across the district. The Narducci Learning Center serves an integral role during the city’s comprehensive K-12 upgrade project as a district-wide swing space. Key upgrades include flexible, technology-enhanced classrooms, collaborative learning spaces, and modernized infrastructure with a new HVAC system and upgraded security measures. Sustainability initiatives align with the city’s long-term educational and environmental goals.
