Project Overview

New Milford, CT – The Town of New Milford undertook an extensive energy savings program to reduce their energy costs and carbon footprint across numerous Town facilities. SES provided commissioning services for various mechanical system renovations and upgrades at multiple sites throughout the municipality. These included complete boiler system overhauls, one-for-one equipment replacements geared towards efficiency and installing or upgrading the existing building automation systems to implement high performance sequencing routines. The project scope also included commissioning a new cogeneration plant and multiple new photovoltaic arrays. The Energy Savings Performance Contract will save the Town over $19,000,000 over the next twenty years.
