Project Overview
Boston, MA – Oxford Ping On is a residential project that consists of forty-eight apartments within the Boston Chinatown area. SES provided fundamental commissioning services for this new affordable housing project to meet the Massachusetts Stretch Code and LEED® Certifiability. The scope included all HVAC systems, domestic hot water system and building lighting control systems.
