Project Overview
Plainville, MA – Patriot Sales and Service is a newly constructed commercial facility with high-efficiency HVAC systems. These systems include a packaged air handling unit serving fan-powered, as well as shut-off type VAVs, and a high-efficiency condensing boiler system. The systems are controlled and monitored by a new Building Automation System (BAS). SES was asked to troubleshoot the installed HVAC systems for complaints of noises and comfort concerns throughout the main showroom areas as well as one of the offices. Extensive efforts were pursued to confirm system operation as well as the overall construction practices as part of this investigation.
