Project Overview
Easthampton, MA – SES was hired by the owner of this establishment to help with troubleshooting the HVAC system. Ongoing HVAC issues were observed throughout the building since the owner took occupancy of this renovated building. SES provided full evaluation and troubleshooting of the newly installed systems to determine the underlying cause of temperature concerns inside the building, make sure the HVAC equipment was operating to meet the design intent, and optimize building performance with a focus on energy savings and efficient operation. Equipment included Air Handling Unit (AHU), VAVs with electric reheat, and HVAC controls.
