Project Overview

Boston, MA – The Pok Oi Residences at 288 Harrison Ave is a newly constructed apartment building in Boston consisting of 85 units. This building brought much-needed affordable housing to Boston’s Chinatown district and was designed with transit-oriented development principles in mind. The project was constructed to LEED Gold certification requirements and is PHIUS+ CORE Pre-Certified. Sustainable design and high-efficiency HVAC equipment were a focus of the project. SES provided commissioning services for the domestic hot water system, exterior and common space interior lighting and controls, energy recovery ventilator units, VRF and Split A/C systems, as well as other terminal equipment.
