Project Overview
Boston, MA – Spencer House is an independent living community which includes home ownership in retirement communities and senior apartment rentals. They provide safe and easy-maintenance living for seniors who can still live independently, and enjoy engaging in social activities with other seniors. SES provided Fundamental Commissioning for LEED® multifamily for town homes and midrise buildings. The scope of work included commissioning of all HVAC equipment, central chilled water and hot water heating plants, air handling systems, terminal devices, general exhaust, domestic hot water, and lighting controls.
