Project Overview
Everett, MA – SES provided commissioning services for the renovations and upgrades to the existing HVAC systems at the St. Therese Apartments. This apartment complex is made up of 77 affordable homes for seniors, along with a health center for the residents and community. The project included the commissioning of the newly installed energy recovery units, cabinet/electrical/unit heaters, exhaust fans, radiant panel zones, VRFs, AC splits, and heat pumps.
