Project Overview
Windsor, CT – SES performed an HVAC visual condition assessment to investigate the condition of the HVAC system at Swiss Re in Windsor, CT. Equipment evaluation included water source heat pumps, hydronic pumping, heating hot water boilers, and cooling tower serving the Swiss Re offices on the second floor. Through this investigation, SES noted issues with the heating hot water boilers, and hydronic distribution regarding operation and set-up. Recommendations were made to the client to remedy the system concerns.
