Project Overview

Farmington, CT – SES provided commissioning services for the 52,000-SF Phase II Campus Development. The project included LEED® Commissioning Services for LEED® New Construction, Silver Certification. The addition to the existing operating building will be used to fulfill classroom, office, and building maintenance requirements. Scope of work includes HVAC equipment, central chilled water and hot water heating plant, air handling systems, terminal devices, laboratory control systems, general exhaust, emergency generator, automatic transfer switches, emergency lighting, infrared testing of electrical panels, fire alarm system, security system, telecommunications system and automatic temperature controls system.
