Project Overview
Galloway, NJ – The Unified Science Center project consisted of a 66,000-SF, three story expansion to the campus to keep the University on the cutting edge of Natural Sciences & Mathematics (NAMS). The intended program for this laboratory-based facility is chemistry and biology, but also incorporates lecture rooms, classrooms, and administrative areas. The HVAC designers utilized the campus existing geothermal system for its heating and cooling needs. SES provided comprehensive construction phase commissioning services that included all HVAC equipment, lab supply and exhaust air systems, central heating and cooling systems, emergency power systems, building automation system and Air and Water Balancing verification.
