Project Overview
New London, CT – SES provided commissioning services for the Annex C Barracks at the US Coast Guard Academy in New London, Connecticut. Through commissioning, SES confirmed proper installation and integration of the building systems with a focus on optimizing operation. The project consisted of the renovations and upgrades to the existing HVAC systems and building automation system controls. New equipment includes a new air handling units, dedicated outside air systems, variable air volume boxes, fan coil units, and exhaust fans along with the fire protection system.
