Project Overview
West Hartford, CT – SES provided commissioning services for the renovations and upgrades to the existing HVAC systems and building automation system controls for Dana Hall and UT Hall. These two academic buildings consist of numerous lab spaces, as well as lecture halls, classrooms, and offices. New equipment included a new roof top unit with energy recovery, new redundant lab exhaust fans, new VAV boxes, fume hoods and exhaust fans along with interior upgrades.
