Project Overview

Waterbury, CT – This renovation and three story addition project covering 42,000 square feet of this middle school includes spaces for classrooms, media center, administrative areas and cafeteria. SES provided commissioning services for compliance with the CT High Performance Building Standards that included pre-design, design, construction and post occupancy services. The scope of work included commissioning of the HVAC equipment, central plant, air handling systems, terminal devices, general exhaust, domestic hot water, fire alarm system, site lighting controls, automatic temperature controls system and building envelope.
