Project Overview
West Hartford, CT – SES and Trueflow Testing and Balancing delivered professional engineering and Test and Balancing (TAB) services in support of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) verification requirements mandated by Connecticut Public Act No. 23-167 across a 16-school district. Following completion of comprehensive HVAC inspections, the Town launched a systematic initiative to implement recommended IAQ improvements district-wide. SES continues to play a central role in this effort, currently providing commissioning services for the improvement phase — with 1 project successfully completed and 8 active projects underway.
